In order to gain your Full Driving Licence you need to pass a written Theory Test before applying for a Practical Test.

The Theory Test

The first part of The Theory Test consists of 35 multiple-choice questions of which you must get 30 correct. This is followed by the hazard perception test, which takes the form of fourteen video clips, each approximately one minuet long. Points are scored by the speed with which you recognise the hazards. The whole exam is done one a computer and you must pass both parts to obtain your Theory Certificate.
